Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan you choose. The billing date is set to the date of your initial subscription.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your account settings.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused periods of your subscription.

All transactions are processed in USD. Any currency conversion fees or differences in amounts charged due to exchange rates are the responsibility of the customer.
